Roots, So good...I DL'd the new Killer Mike - I pledge Allegiance, not a huge ATL fan but Killer Mike is um Killer.

You get a late pass but its OK and glad that you enjoyed it. "In the music" is my joint off the CD. I like the way you said "acquired" it. Actually that Diddy sounds hot as well but the thing is I'm not a fan of the direction he is taking hip-hop but his Cd's are usually entertaining. What other CD's have you "acquired" other than the Roots?

By the way are you in the DC metro area??

Yeah bro I'm in PG county all day long...for now that is. You said the Diddy sounds good LOL I'll take you're word for it bec. that Pussycat Dolls chic single sucks to me. I'm waiting for the The Game's album to come out. I like that One Blood joint. I have a few of the cuts that did not make Lupe's CD but those should be old by now and everyone probably has them. I'm basically "acquiring" old school (L.O.T.U.G., Brand Nubians and etc.) cuts that I had on tape and some Reggae joints. I'm not in tuned with who's coming out like I used to be.

I feel you on getting some old school stuff because I was getting some Hieroglyphics (some Casual as well), Black Moon, Jeru and some old Souls of Mischief and reminded me how great those guys are/were. Get my email from one of the mods and I'll try to keep you in the loop.
